Over my 37-year career I've held several leadership roles for multinational organizations, working within Beauty Care, Food, Light-Pharma and Chemical industries, successfully managing negotiations and M&A integrations for large scale operations. Known as a team builder and creative communicator, I’ve developed high performing cross-functional senior managers, and union and non-union employees. By leveraging my expertise in multi-plant oversight, manufacturing operations, lean methodologies and capital projects, I’ve streamlined operations, improved processes and enhanced product commercialization.
